Candy bar high enough up that kids need some help from mom and dad to get - with bulk candy scoops - MK will just pick 5 of the candies and buy

Here are our notes, open questions, and next steps at this time:

• Gloria Uduku will purchase the food and beverages with an eye towards keeping things returnable. She is an event planner and is able to estimate how much is needed.
• Sandy will talk with Sandy Cederbaum about serving and cooking supplies available at The Other Barn
• Marcia will check with Gloria about amounts that she suggests we purchase.
• We'll bring enough coolers for different drinks and serve our non alcoholic drinks from coolers.
• Do we want to do a 70's food display calling attention to our retro food? Sandy is going to give this some thought and share with Marcia and then the group.
• Sandy and Marcia will coordinate with one another and tell us when the next conference call will be held.
• Need to decide on cost of beer and wine – should also make a sign showing cost
